I'm Bill, I live in St Clair County MI and have been chasing upland birds most of my life. I gravitated from Pheasants to Grouse after the severe down swing in numbers of Pheasants occurred, and I must say I absolutely love hunting Grouse mainly because of the habitat they live in. I have found I would much rather trudge through the Grouse Woods following a dog than running through corn stubble and CRP.

I used to hunt with Short Hairs which I loved but life has changed and the need has come for a smaller dog. I now have a little French Brittany that is almost 2 years old. I'm looking forward to with the help of Uncle Grouse spending many days in the woods pursuing the undisputed King of Upland Birds.
