Starting a puppy.
The most important phrase I can remember comes from the medical profession.
"Primum non nocere"
First do no harm.
Your puppy was born with a ton of genetic potential. Its blood is programmed to do good things and it up to us to utilize patience and expose the puppy to what he needs in order to realize that potential.
In other words, don't go too fast.
Uncle Grouse
I just got a new puppy. He is from Wisconsin and is 8 weeks old. Really smart and confident already.
