Giving Back

Over the course of the past few years, we have held several events here at the kennel. These events are designed for the new to novice grouse hunter where they can come to a welcoming environment and learn from very knowledgeable folks who are thankfully willing to share their experience.

These events are also two-fold as they support Operation Aspen Thunder.

Operation Aspen Thunder originated from multiple ideas. First and foremost, Mark Schlicht from BDM Gun Dogs had a vision to pay it forward, while I had a vision of picking up some unfortunately broken pieces of previously planned endeavor....I miss you Dave.
